Sonani Trendz is an online retail store offering women’s Indian ethnic wear including kurtas, co-ord sets, dupattas, and related apparel. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
Product images are representative; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric dye lots.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment or COD acceptance.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay Checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD up to ₹3,000).
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Sonani Trendz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government-imposed restrictions. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sonani Trendz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sonanitrendz.com if you suspect any breach.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

Sonani Trendz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchased products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
