Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999 — displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier partner name. You can also track your order via My Account or contact us for updates.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹3,000. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel and make payment.
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails (wrong address, no one available, or refusal), the courier will make 2–3 attempts before returning the package. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases. COD orders returned due to non-acceptance will be cancelled.
